Stalls
$750 - 12x12 stall with 12x14 attached
paddock and 3x3 private attached tack
room. Each stall is equipped with rubber
mats for flooring and automatic waters.
The paddocks are fenced with electric
strips preventing overly friendly contact
between the neighbors.

Horse Care
We feed 3x daily high quality alfalfa and/or
grass hay. Bedding is cleaned daily and
replenished with shavings and fluffed for
comfort. We also offer daily turnouts,
winter blanketing, and scheduling farrier
services and vaccine clinics.

Turnouts

There are five large turnouts with hot wire
fencing and automatic waters. Turnouts
may be used at anytime as long as needed.
In the case that their is a line to use
turnouts, a limit of 30 minutes per turnout
will be enforced. All owners/riders must
remain on the property when their horse is
turned out.  Turnouts may be also
scheduled with us and paid monthly.

Round Pen
This arena is used specifically and only for
lunging your horse. There is a packed
gravel base with ¼' by dust to keep the top
layer soft and winter proof. During the
summer months there is an additional soft
sand footing much like the covered arena.

Trainler Parking

Available at a small additional cost, you may park your trailer where your horse lives! It's much more onvenient and safer for all.

Covered Arena
Enjoy a large lighted covered 220x110
covered arena with four 6x6 mirrors
placed on every corner as well as one long
20 foot mirror.

A small teaching room is open to the arena
for parents and spectators to relax and
watch riders.

The footing is made up of a strong gravel
packed base with a fine dirt like sand
mixed with rubber pieces. We treat the
sand with oil which allows for minimal to
no dust when riding.

Jumping Arena
Extra large arena with the same footing as
the Rolex Kentucky Horse Park. Excellent
drainage and holds up well in wet
conditions.

Dressage Court
All-weather footing consisting of a hard
packed base with a shredded shoe to create
quick absorption is great in the winter and
has a permanent dressage railing. We also
treat this sand with oil to create less dust
and a more feathery footing.

Cross Country Course
The cross country course has a water
complex and multiple portable log jumps to
create a spectacular simulation of current
Eventing shows. The footing consists of
the ground dirt rotatilled to an even surface
and manure spreading over the top. The
jumps are handled by staff only and there
must be a trainer present to use this
facility. There are other standard jumps to
help increase the level of difficulty and
variation to the current layout. Currently
we are adding ditches.

Gallop Track and Trails
Condition on the gallop track which is harrowed
weekly. Enjoy a peaceful trail ride too!
